We are recruiting a General Practitioner M/F to join a mental health structure located in Jarnac in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, as part of a self-employed activity.

Structure DNA
You will be working in a 39-bed facility specializing in adult psychiatry, certified by the French National Authority for Health. Set in a rural environment close to the Charente region, the facility offers a multidisciplinary approach combining medical care, therapeutic approaches and innovative activities such as sophrology, holistic gymnastics and energy treatments. The facility collaborates with external players to ensure continuity of care, and is committed to quality and continuous improvement. Jarnac offers a pleasant living environment with shops, services, rail access to Angoulême and Cognac and easy access to soft mobility.

Description and responsibilities
Your main tasks will be to
- Ensure the medical follow-up of hospitalized patients and the continuity of their care
- Participate in the development and implementation of the establishment's health project
- Contribute to quality, risk management and certification initiatives
- Become part of the establishment's medical community as a manager, and participate in research and innovation projects via the Health Research and Innovation Department
- Work in collaboration with paramedical teams and external contributors to organize care and discharges

Compensation
For this position, you will be offered a royalty of 10% of your sales for the first year, to help you settle in.

Profile sought
A general practitioner with a postgraduate diploma in general medicine, registered or soon to be registered with the French Medical Council, and willing to work in a psychiatric environment on a part-time self-employed basis.
