We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a multi-purpose health center located in Martigues, Bouches-du-Rhône, on a full-time permanent contract.
DNA of the structure
You will be working in a private, non-profit health center spread over two levels, with the medical part on around 1160 m² and the dental part on around 800 m², accessible by elevator. The facility boasts a fully-equipped technical platform, and can accommodate a wide range of medical specialties. The location offers easy access, with free parking for around 100 cars and a stop served by two bus routes. A local partnership facilitates the search for housing and access to crèche and school places for medical staff. A pharmacy is nearby, and a partnership with a local mutual insurance company with 7,000 members promotes communication with patients.
Description and missions
The center is looking for several practitioners, including two general practitioners, to strengthen the medical team. Your main tasks will be to
- Provide general medical consultations and follow-up for chronic patients
- Work in coordination with the nursing assistants who perform primary care and with the on-site paramedical team
- Complete administrative freedom to devote yourself exclusively to your medical practice
- Collaborate with the other specialists on site and participate in the center's multidisciplinary dynamic
The facility already has the materials and equipment to enable you to work in the best possible conditions.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a retrocession, the amount of which will be discussed at the time of interview, depending on your experience and working hours.
