As part of its business expansion, a hospital in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, is seeking a new general practitioner (M/F).
Requirements
- Hospital Physician or Contract Physician
- Full-time
- One weekend per month on-site
- Night on-call shifts divided between general medicine and short-stay geriatric care
The Facility
You will join a hospital located in Loches, in the Indre-et-Loire department. The general medicine ward has 30 beds, including four designated for palliative care, and is equipped with technical facilities for patient care. In addition, the medical team consists of four physicians, and medical residents are accepted on a semester-by-semester basis.
Compensation
- Based on the pay scales for hospital physicians/contractual staff under categories 1 or 3
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care for hospitalized patients in collaboration with the medical team
- Participate in the institutional operations of the facility, including the Medical Staff Committee (CME), the Board of Directors, and the Patient Advisory Committee
- Contribute to the development of departmental projects, particularly those related to palliative care
- Participate in on-call duties and the organization of schedules in coordination with the team
