A general practice in Landiras, Gironde, is seeking a new general practitioner (M/F) to join its private practice.

The Practice
A general practice established in 1988 with a loyal and diverse patient base of approximately 7,000 patients. The premises, managed through a real estate investment company (SCI), are modern and well-maintained, with regular renovations. It comprises two medical offices, a shared waiting room, and a total area of approximately 100 m². In addition, a nursing practice is currently being established. The practice is located near the Céron train station, about 35 minutes from Bordeaux via the highway. The area is dynamic, with an active community life and a large local job market. Furthermore, the practice is part of a well-established medical community, with nurses, physical therapists, and dentists nearby.

Compensation
- Rent: €850 per month
- Possibility of financial support from the town hall (assistance to be discussed)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for the existing patient population
- Ensure continuity of care and coordination with local healthcare professionals
- Participate in the gradual transition of the practice and in the follow-up of patients during the handover
- Contribute to the organization and day-to-day operations of the practice, including the development of the nursing practice
- Collaborate with the existing administrative staff and local healthcare providers

Qualifications
