ADN of the structure Project to set up a private medical practice in the converted former communal building, with two practices located on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator. The commune has around 2,000 inhabitants and forms a catchment area of 6,000 to 7,000 inhabitants with the surrounding communes. There is a strong local demand for the return of a healthcare offering. The premises will feature a shared waiting room, 27 to 30 m² practices and a minimal layout already planned, with the installation of a water point in progress. Telephony is managed locally, and photos of the premises are available. Description and duties Setting up as an independent liberal practitioner from December 1 in a new practice to be recreated.
