The Facility
You will join a residential care facility in Épinay-sur-Orge that serves more than 60 residents across seven living units and employs 114 full-time equivalents (FTEs). The facility cares for individuals with severe disabilities, with a high proportion of nonverbal residents; the resident population consists primarily of adolescents and young adults, with a few aging individuals with disabilities. In addition, residents live at the facility year-round, with the option to return home on weekends and strong family involvement in their care.

Compensation
- €12,383 gross/month
- Salary prorated based on hours worked

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care for residents and manage their chronic conditions
- Prescribe and adjust treatments in collaboration with the paramedical team
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and individualized care plans for residents
- Coordinate medical interventions with the nurse
- Serve as a liaison with families and external partners
- Assist in managing emergency situations and organizing care pathways
- Contribute to the reorganization initiative and efforts to improve the quality of care
