Job - General practitioner / Geriatrician - Ifs 14

We are recruiting a general practitioner or geriatrician M/F to join a specialized facility located in Ifs, Normandy (Calvados), on a full-time permanent contract.

Structure DNA
You will be working in a facility with 145 full hospital beds and 10 day hospital places. The facility offers an innovative technical platform and a modern working environment, including green spaces for optimized patient care. It is part of a dynamic of continuous improvement in care, thanks to a multidisciplinary approach and follow-up protocols adapted to elderly and polypathological patients.

Description and missions
In charge of around 25 elderly patients, you will be responsible for their medical follow-up, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of 11 doctors, nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals. Your mission will include coordinating care, managing chronic pathologies and preventing complications, in an environment that encourages the exchange and pooling of expertise.

Job General Practitioner M/F - Caen 14 We are recruiting a general practitioner M/F to join a consultation structure located in the immediate vicinity of Caen in Calvados, within the framework of a private practice installation. ADN of the structure Project to set up a private medical practice in the converted former communal building, with two practices located on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator. The commune has around 2,000 inhabitants and forms a catchment area of 6,000 to 7,000 inhabitants with the surrounding communes. There is a strong local demand for the return of a healthcare offering. The premises will feature a shared waiting room, 27 to 30 m² practices and a minimal layout already planned, with the installation of a water point in progress. Telephony is managed locally, and photos of the premises are available. Description and duties Setting up as an independent liberal practitioner from December 1 in a new practice to be recreated. Your main responsibilities: - Provide general medical consultations to a local population. - Rebuild and structure the local health care system following the departure of the previous doctors. - Organize your activity into 2 to 4 consultation days, depending on the project and available support. - Collaborate with paramedical professionals on an ad hoc basis, if they can be accommodated at a later date. The practice is designed to accommodate one doctor initially, then potentially a second practitioner. Compensation For this position, you will work on a self-employed basis with remuneration based on consultation and procedure fees.
