As part of its expansion, a community hospital in Bonneville, Haute-Savoie, is seeking a new general practitioner (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Facility
You will join a community hospital located in Bonneville, Haute-Savoie, dedicated to medical care and rehabilitation, with a specialized division in oncology and hematology. In addition, the department’s operations are supported by a structured medical team comprising a hematologist and two oncologists, as well as a multidisciplinary organization committed to ensuring continuity of care. The foundation that operates these facilities employs approximately 800 staff members, including a well-organized medical team and support services. The facility offers community-based care with dedicated palliative care services and a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
Compensation
- For this position, you will receive a salary ranging from €8,000 to €10,000 gross per month for a full-time equivalent (FTE), prorated based on your working hours and adjusted according to your profile and experience
Responsibilities
1. Medical care for patients
- Provide daily monitoring of patients hospitalized in the Oncology/Hematology Medical Rehabilitation Unit;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of personalized care plans;
- Manage pain and associated symptoms;
- Coordinate referrals to external facilities, particularly the Foundation’s Cancer and Palliative Care Center.
2. Medical Coordination and Teamwork
- Participate in medical staff meetings and the coordination of admission requests;
- Work collaboratively with the hematologist, oncologists, nursing managers, and care teams;
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions regarding patient care pathways.
3. Continuity of Care
- Participate in the facility’s on-call rotations;
- Ensure continuity of patient care in coordination with other practitioners;
- Approximately 5 on-call shifts per month, rotated among practitioners, compensated at €188 gross on weekdays and €367 gross on weekends.
On-call shifts involve minimal travel but require the ability to reach the facility within 30 minutes. Prescriptions can be issued remotely via the Osiris software.
