The Platform
This is an asynchronous medical tele-expertise platform that connects healthcare professionals with medical specialists. In practice, a clinician sends you a structured patient record to solicit your remote opinion: this is not a teleconsultation, but rather a tele-expertise service, with no patient appointments or mandatory video conferences. You review the cases according to your availability and are entirely free to provide an opinion, request additional information, decline a case, refer the patient for an in-person consultation, or prescribe medication when the circumstances allow. In addition, the platform is completely free for physicians—with no subscription, no commitment, and no commission fees—and comprehensive support is provided during your onboarding.
Compensation
For this position, you will be paid on a fee-for-service basis, at a rate of €23 per tele-expertise procedure (TE2), billed to the national health insurance program when the conditions are met. The volume of cases will gradually increase depending on the sector and the network’s expansion.
Responsibilities
- Remote analysis of structured patient records submitted by healthcare professionals
- Interpretation of audiometric tests, clinical information, and tympanic photos and videos
- Issuance of specialized ENT medical opinions
- Requesting additional information when necessary
- Referral for an in-person consultation for cases that require it
- Issuing prescriptions when medically appropriate
