Description and duties Working in a center entirely dedicated to the management of diabetes and obesity, you will provide consultations exclusively focused on these pathologies. You'll be working in a stimulating environment, surrounded by professionals committed to supporting chronic patients, with your main responsibilities: Diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of diabetes and obesity. - Diagnosis, follow-up and management of endocrine pathologies linked to diabetes and obesity. - Participating in the development of coordinated care paths with the paramedical team. - Optimizing remote monitoring of diabetic patients. - Participation in the center's multidisciplinary dynamic You have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time (minimum 2 days a week), with flexible working hours and a non-imposed rhythm. Structure DNA This human-scale structure, which has been in operation for 5 years, has set itself the mission of responding effectively to public health issues linked to diabetes and obesity. You'll be joining a modern health center, with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and advanced practice nurses (APNs), working in a collaborative and caring environment. The technical platform also includes a room dedicated to physical rehabilitation, integrated into care protocols. Medical coordination is supported by shared digital tools and fluid communication between professionals. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration package consisting of a guaranteed minimum of 4,000 euros gross per month, followed by a percentage of 45% of sales. Some practitioners earn up to 8000 euros gross, depending on their activity.
