We are recruiting an Endocrinologist M/F to join a medical center located in Rambouillet, Yvelines, as part of a self-employed position.

Structure DNA
This medical center will open its doors in April/May 2026, once construction work has been completed. The facility will offer two 30 to 40 m² practices, PMR access and the possibility of an on-site secretariat. The project benefits from local support, including assistance from the town council and housing facilities. Description and duties
You will provide medical endocrinology consultations to adults and adolescents, in particular for the follow-up of hormonal pathologies and diabetes. Your duties will include
- Diagnostic management and follow-up of endocrinology patients
- Multidisciplinary coordination with other specialists in the medical center
- Autonomous organization of your activity within the proposed practices
Premises will be available at the opening of the medical center, with space made available as agreed.

Compensation
Remuneration for this position will depend on your chosen status and the organization of your activity.

Description and missions Working in an innovative medical environment dedicated to women's health, you will practice alongside other specialist doctors and paramedical professionals. Your duties will include: - Free consultations with no time constraints - Comprehensive, collegial patient care>. - Possible referral to other specialists within the structure. - Participation in the coordinated care pathway thanks to the presence of nurse coordinators. - Possibility of leading workshops (prevention, well-being, health sports) according to your skills and desires ADN of the structure You'll be joining a human-scale, modern structure designed for the comfort of practitioners. Each practice is spacious, bright and equipped with high-performance IT equipment. The team is made up of doctors, midwives, ultrasonographers and nurse coordinators, favoring a multidisciplinary, high-quality approach. A team of medical secretaries is on hand non-stop from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and from 9am to 7pm on weekends, allowing you to concentrate entirely on your consultations. You'll have access to an outdoor area and in-house patient tracking software, with the option of organizing themed workshops. Monthly video-conference meetings are scheduled to enable you to discuss your needs and areas for improvement. Structure DNA This medical center is located in the heart of the town, and is already home to several healthcare professionals. It benefits from an ideal location, close to local shops and services. What's more, the facility aims to strengthen the healthcare offer in an area identified as under-serviced, with an existing team of GPs and regular replacements. The project calls for a minimum overall surface area of around 150 m² on one floor, favoring coordinated, multidisciplinary practice. Description and duties You will be responsible for endocrinology consultations and follow-up of patients with chronic endocrine pathologies. You will interact with local GPs to ensure a smooth, coordinated care pathway. You will assess the benefits of setting up or continuing to work in the medical center as part of the territorial project. Your intervention will contribute to significantly reinforcing the healthcare offer available to the local population.
