Description and duties At this micro-crèche for 12 children aged 2 months to 3 years, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring quality care for children and their families - Ensure the safety, hygiene, care and medical supervision of the children. - Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations. - Implement the structure's pedagogical project. - Organize and lead recreational and educational activities. - Recruit and supervise staff on a daily basis. - Contribute to sound administrative and financial management in liaison with head office You will receive a comprehensive three-week initial training course provided by head office, including regulatory aspects, software, HR, communication and relations with families. Compensation For this position, you will receive a salary of 2300 euros gross per month.
