Description and responsibilities
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patients with diabetes and associated co-morbidities. Your main responsibilities will include
- Specialized diabetes consultations and therapeutic education
- Assessment and monitoring of metabolic complications
- Coordination with other specialties to ensure a seamless care pathway
- Participate in sharing clinical information with the secretariat and administrative coordination to optimize care
The centralized secretariat means you can limit your administrative time and concentrate on your medical work.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a retrocession ranging from 40% to 45% gross of sales, negotiable according to your profile
