The structure The practice is fully equipped and located on the first floor, with a waiting room, auscultation room and office (approx. 60 m²). Patients are welcomed via Doctolib, with telephone secretarial services provided via the platform and the possibility of providing space for a secretary. PMR access is provided and the premises are air-conditioned. The commune has around 3,700 inhabitants and is located in the ZIP zone. There are currently no other doctors in the commune, which represents a significant potential patient base estimated at between 2,000 and 3,000.
