A dental prosthesis laboratory located in Richemont, Moselle, is looking for a dental technician M/F for a self-employed position with the possibility of a long-term partnership.

Description and missions

This position is designed for a self-employed collaboration with a genuine partnership project. The aim is to gradually hand over the laboratory's shares over 2 to 5 years, as the founders retire. This position is aimed at motivated professionals wishing to make a long-term commitment, with a view to taking on greater responsibility within the organization.

Compensation
For this position, you will be entitled to a retrocession to be discussed according to the level of experience and the takeover project, with the possibility of equity participation in the medium term.
