Dental Surgeon Job M/F - Vendôme 41
We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F on a salaried basis to join a dental center located in Vendôme (Loir-et-Cher).
Description and missions
As part of a team of three practitioners, you'll occupy a key position in patient care, with a schedule that fills up quickly as soon as you arrive. Here are some details of the work schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings possible (mandatory)
- Dedicated dental assistant present from 8am
- Consultations from 8:30am to 12:45pm (last patient)
- Lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
- Resumption of treatment from 2pm to 6:45pm (last patient)
Tailor-made training is provided with regular sessions led by a consultant dentist, focusing on optimizing scheduling, using the business software and managing appointments. Practical work is also organized in collaboration with equipment suppliers.
Structure DNA
The facility is designed to ensure a pleasant, structured working environment, enabling practitioners to focus fully on the quality of care. The center is equipped with three modern chairs, a new ADEC chair, a 3D panoramic X-ray and a 3Shape digital impression system. The team in place is dynamic, and collaboration between professionals is conducive to rapid progress.
Compensation
Salary based on percentage of sales, to be defined at interview.
