Job Opening: Dental Surgeon (M/F) - Saint-Martin-de-Crau 13
We are recruiting a dental surgeon (M/F) to join a multidisciplinary dental practice located in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, as part of a private practice partnership.
JobDescription and Responsibilities
You will practice at a modern dental practice offering general dentistry, implant surgery, oral surgery, specialized endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
As a general dentist, you will provide:
- Restorative and prosthodontic care
- Follow-up care for surgical or implant procedures, if you are trained
- Managing your patient load in a high-demand environment
- Carrying out your duties with the support of a dedicated chairside assistant and a full administrative staff
All of your procedures will be performed using state-of-the-art equipment, with no administrative tasks to manage.
The Practice’s DNA
The practice, which has been open for one year, was recently expanded to meet growing demand in an area with a severe shortage of dental practitioners. The facility has 10 treatment chairs and a dedicated surgical suite. Each dentist works with a dedicated assistant and enjoys complete autonomy in the practice of their profession.
The work environment is young, dynamic, and supportive, with fully independent management and appointment scheduling via Doctolib. The practice is equipped with:
- Cone Beam CT, panoramic X-ray, optical camera
- Integrated sterilization system
- Whitening lamp
- Logos software
- On-site prosthetics lab
Compensation
You will receive a 50% commission on dental treatments and a 40% commission on prosthetics, with the potential for growth. For salaried employees, the rate is 30%. Compensation is reviewed based on your skills and dedication.
