As part of its business expansion, a dental practice in Paris’s 12th arrondissement is seeking a new dentist (M/F) to join as a minority partner.
Terms and Conditions
- Minority ownership
- Full-time or part-time
- Between 3 and 5 days per week
- Practice open Monday through Friday
- Start as soon as possible
The Practice
You will join a network of private dental practices located in Paris and the surrounding region. Furthermore, the network is governed by principles of clinical independence, cooperation, innovation, and shared values. Technical infrastructure is managed at the network level, and support services cover administration, accounting, human resources, group purchasing, and online reputation management.
Compensation
- 40% gross revenue share
- Negotiable guaranteed minimum salary or enhanced revenue share for the first few quarters
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive patient care
- Providing dental care
- Participation in multidisciplinary care with orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and implantologists
- Managing and preparing patient estimates and reports
- Compliance with insurance agreements and professional association best practices
- Contributing to the quality of the patient experience and patient retention

Qualifications
Dental surgeon with a degree from France or the European Union, currently registered or eligible for registration with the French Dental Association.
