The Practice
You will join a dental practice located in downtown Montpellier, in the Hérault department. In addition to being located in a commercial district with nearby tram and bus access, the practice has a parking lot and easy access to the highway for those arriving by car. The practice primarily offers general dentistry with strong expertise in occlusal dentistry and comprehensive restoration, and its team consists of several dentists, dedicated dental assistants, and secretaries. Furthermore, the practice is open Monday through Friday, with the option to open on Saturdays at the dentist’s discretion, and the schedule is attractive, allowing for a quick patient intake for a dentist looking to establish a long-term practice.

Compensation
- 45% of gross revenue (prosthetics covered by the practice) and 25% for aligners and teeth whitening

Responsibilities
- Comprehensive in-chair patient care
- Development and monitoring of treatment plans and occlusal rehabilitation
- Performing treatments using digital impressions and integrating aligners
- Working independently at the dental chair and managing routine procedures
- Coordinating with dental assistants, secretaries, and the prosthetics lab
- Participation in continuity of care and patient follow-up

A dental practice in Montpellier, in the Hérault region, is actively seeking a dental surgeon (M/F) to work on a self-employed basis. The 140 m2 practice comprises 3 treatment rooms and 1 surgical unit. Each room has a window and offers a bright working environment. In addition, the team operates on a self-employed basis, with three assistants (one dedicated per chair and one in secretarial/sterilization duties) and a prosthetics assistant currently working on Fridays and soon on a full-time basis. The practice is open four days a week, closed on Wednesdays, and enjoys a high patient flow.
