We are hiring a dental surgeon (M/F) to join a dental practice located near Metz, in the Moselle department, for a full-time or part-time permanent position.

JobDescription and Responsibilities
You will join a busy dental practice specializing in general dentistry and will strengthen the team by managing a substantial patient caseload. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing conservative and prosthetic dental care
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
- Managing preventive care and oral health education
- Collaborating with a team of licensed dental assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

The Practice’s DNA
This intimate practice, located near Metz and 40 km from Germany, was taken over two years ago by a young dentist. The practice, organized around two dental chairs, includes a waiting room, a sterilization room, a break room, and an office at the entrance. The team consists of two certified dental assistants and one assistant currently in the process of obtaining her certification, who also handle administrative tasks. The work environment is dynamic, with a loyal patient base and a schedule booked solid for several months, managed entirely through Doctolib and a virtual reception service.

Compensation
35% commission (prosthetics covered by the practice).
