The Practice
You will join a private dental practice located at the entrance to the town center, facing the sea, in a village in Martinique. The practice is housed in a single-family home that was completely renovated two years ago and features three treatment rooms (one on the ground floor and two upstairs) and a sterilization room, with the possibility of adding two additional dental chairs, in addition to a team consisting of two secretaries and two dental assistants. Furthermore, local competition is limited, resulting in a high volume of appointments.

Compensation
- 60% of gross revenue
- Prosthetics to be paid for by the employee

Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive dental care at the practice
- Performing preventive, restorative, and prosthetic procedures
- May perform orthodontic procedures depending on the candidate’s profile
- Referring patients to external specialists for implant procedures not currently performed on-site
- Building and maintaining a long-term patient base
- Selecting and coordinating with the dental technician chosen by the staff member
- Daily collaboration with the administrative team and dental assistants

Description and duties As a general dental surgeon, you will provide routine dental care in a modern, high-performance environment. You will work autonomously in the dental chair with the support of a dedicated dental assistant, without any administrative management.
