Job Dental Surgeon M/F - Le Mans 72

We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a dental clinic located in the heart of the city of Le Mans, in the Sarthe region, as part of a liberal collaboration.

Description and duties
You will practice general dentistry and have the opportunity to develop your own specialty within the practice. You will have a chair dedicated to surgery and periodontology, in addition to the two other chairs dedicated to general practice.
Your duties will include:
- Comprehensive patient care
- Developing a specialty of your choice
. - Participating in the life of the practice in conjunction with the existing team

The structure's DNA
Based in a recently opened dental practice, you'll be joining a spacious, bright 200 m2 work environment, 60 m2 of which is yet to be exploited. The pleasant, walk-through practice features:
- 3 armchairs
- A sterilization room
- A dedicated office for patient support
- A convivial break room with dining area
- A complete technical platform with Cone Beam, laser, Medit i700 optical cameras, 3D cephalo and alveolar radiology
- LOGOS software

The team currently comprises an experienced dental surgeon, two qualified dental assistants and an administrative assistant. In addition, the practice benefits from a strong patient flow with an appointment turnaround time of 2 to 3 months.

Compensation
- In private practice: retrocession of 50% of monthly sales with prostheses paid by the practice or 60% with prostheses paid by the practitioner
