Dental surgeon - Laval 53

As part of its business development, an orthodontic practice in Laval, Mayenne, is looking for a new orthodontist on a salaried or self-employed basis.

Terms and conditions
- Salaried collaboration followed by self-employed collaboration / minority partner
- Full time or part time to be defined (Tuesdays and Wednesdays ideally)

The structure
This 260 m2 practice is located in the sub-center of Laval, an area where several people are due to retire, which represents a major opportunity for new patients. The layout includes three clinical offices, a small consulting room, two large waiting rooms, a practitioner's office, a spacious reception area, a multi-purpose room and a prosthetic laboratory. Bright and air-conditioned, the premises also feature ten private parking spaces and a cellar. They are a 15-minute walk from the station and close to a shopping complex with a supermarket, pharmacy and other shops. What's more, they are private and can be bought back by the buyer or rented out temporarily with a view to a buyback.

Remuneration
- Salary: between €60 and €90 gross/hour
- To be defined at the time of the interview, according to profile and experience

Duties
- Provide pediatric and adolescent orthodontic practice
- Care for children and adolescents, mainly aged 9 to 15
- Perform vestibular orthodontic treatment with continuous archwires and MBT techniques
- Ensure continuity and gradual takeover of an existing patient base
- Work with assistants and secretary to manage schedules
- Possibly develop an adult and gutter business if desired
