The structure
This is a high-end dental clinic in the center of Lausanne, part of a Swiss group founded over 20 years ago by a dental surgeon. The group brings together more than 40 practitioners in several establishments in French-speaking Switzerland, and relies on more than 230 employees as well as some twenty local laboratories. In addition, the clinics offer spacious workspaces, with each practitioner having his or her own customizable practice, as well as on-site administrative and operational support to take the strain off clinical practice. The organization favors practitioner independence, while ensuring strong patient flow and visibility supported by marketing initiatives.

Duties
- Carry out consultations and diagnoses
- Establish and implement personalized treatment plans
- Perform conservative, prosthetic and surgical procedures
- Use digital tools for imaging and care planning
- Work in collaboration with hygienists, assistants and in-house laboratories
