We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F with a pedodontic orientation to join a multidisciplinary structure located in Goussainville, in the Val-d'Oise, within the framework of a liberal or salaried practice.
Description and missions
You will join an experienced team in a high-quality technical environment. Your work will focus mainly on pedodontics, with the possibility of taking on simple orthodontic cases in children (without multi-attachment braces), although the practice is not equipped for full orthodontic activity.
You'll be working in a dynamic practice with:
- High patient flow
- A wide range of treatments, including general practice, surgery, dentistry and implantology

- The use of MEOPA to treat young patients
.
Mandatory attendance days are Wednesdays and Fridays.
Structure DNA
You will be working in a modern SELARL, established since 2014, with a loyal and active patient base. The practice comprises 6 dental chairs, 6 dentists, 7 dental assistants and 2 medical secretaries. Each practitioner has his or her own chair-side assistant, and administrative support to manage quotations and relations with mutual insurance companies.
The technical platform is equipped with the latest generation of equipment: Cone Beam, ITERO intra-oral scanner, endodontic motor with apex locator, surgical block dedicated to implantology.
The working atmosphere is young and dynamic, with an average age of 33, and an all-female team. The practice is located 200 meters from the RER D station, in a lively area with many amenities (restaurants, shopping center, laboratories, physiotherapy practice).
Compensation
- In private practice: 60% retrocession, with the prosthesis paid for by the practitioner
. - Salaried: 26% net, i.e. around 33.8% gross of sales generated

Profile sought
Dental surgeon M/F registered with the French National Order of Dental Surgeons, with an appetite for pedodontics. A first experience or a strong motivation to practice in private practice is desirable.
