As part of its business expansion, a dental practice in Givors, in the Rhône department, is seeking a new dentist (M/F) to join as a minority partner.

The Practice
You will join a dental practice located in a medical center with an elevator, situated just off a highway for easy access. The facility is organized across several floors dedicated to diagnostics, imaging, orthodontics, and general dentistry (including three treatment rooms and one surgical suite). In addition, this practice has a large patient base and a high patient volume, and its team consists of three staff members and four dental assistants, one of whom is dedicated to this role.
Compensation
- 50% share of gross revenue
- Cost of prosthetics to be borne by the practitioner
Responsibilities
- General dental practice and care for a diverse patient base
- Performing surgical procedures in a dedicated operating room
- Independent management of the schedule, appointments, and time off
- Collaborating with dedicated assistants and other practitioners at the practice
- Ensuring a smooth transition of a large patient base in coordination with the departing practitioner
- Opportunity to develop a practice in pediatric dentistry or implantology, depending on interest

Qualifications
Dental surgeon with a degree from France or the European Union, currently registered or eligible for registration with the French Dental Association.
