The Practice
You will join an independent dental group located in a suburban area near the Paris metropolitan area. The clinics enjoy a high degree of autonomy, with long-term leases and ownership of their equipment. Practitioners actively participate in medical governance, the selection of laboratories, and the organization of orders, ensuring a strong commitment to the quality of care.
Compensation
- Compensation ranging from 33% to 34% of gross revenue
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive care for pediatric patients and preventive care appointments
- Performing restorative dental care and extractions for children
- Management of pediatric dental emergencies
- Close collaboration with the orthodontist and dental assistants
- Participating in clinical meetings and the medical committee led by the practitioners
- Administrative follow-up on estimates and optimizing their conversion using internal tools
