The structure's DNA
You'll be joining a dental practice that was recently taken over in August and is currently expanding rapidly, located in a well-served commune in the Morbihan department, around 1 hour from Rennes and 2 hours from Nantes. The premises are equipped with two mecha plan chairs and a new sterilization unit. Each room is equipped with 2D and 3D alveolar radiology. The secretariat is available and the organization is focused on quality of care and support for practitioners, with the possibility of assistance in finding accommodation for candidates from abroad.

Description and duties
4-day-per-week self-employed position. Your main duties:
- Provide general dental care with a focus on endodontics
- Take charge of pedodontics and/or orthodontics, depending on appetite
- Work in a two-chair practice, with the current practitioner working both shifts
- Participate in the medium-term project to set up a surgery room
- Manage relations with the prosthetics laboratory, which has an average turnaround time of around one week
- Sterilization provided by the dental assistant and possible support for the training of young graduates

Compensation
For this position, you will be paid 50% of sales, with prostheses at your own expense.

Profile sought
Qualified general dental surgeon, registered or eligible for registration with the Ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes, with skills in endodontics; interest in pedodontics and/or orthodontics appreciated; serious and motivated profile looking for long-term commitment (experienced profile preferred, young graduates accepted with training provided).
