The Practice
You will join a dental clinic located in downtown Boissy-Saint-Léger, easily accessible from Paris and with free parking for practitioners right nearby. It is a small, friendly practice with four dental chairs and a surgical suite, featuring a team that has been together for many years and has low staff turnover. The practice offers a full range of dental services, with one dentist also performing implantology, and includes one dedicated dental assistant per dentist, an administrative secretary, and a practice manager. Additionally, the schedule is busy with an average wait time of two weeks, and appointments are managed through Doctolib.
Compensation
- Between 28% and 30% of gross revenue
Responsibilities
- General dental practice: consultations, restorative, and prosthetic dentistry
- Performing extractions and surgical procedures in conjunction with the dedicated surgical suite
- Performing implant procedures for authorized practitioners
- Endodontics and use of available endodontic motors
- Coordinating with the assistant and secretary to manage patient care
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the clinical schedule
