DNA of the structure
You'll be joining a regional mutualist establishment with several sites, including two in Besançon. The site in question is located in a quiet part of town, in the immediate vicinity of the head office and support functions, with parking available for practitioners. In addition, the facility offers a modern technical platform including a Cone Beam, a 3D scanner, a panoramic with Cone Beam function, and two Tri Shape intra-oral cameras. The radio service is centralized and accessible from all sites. The on-site team is stable, with a dedicated, chair-side assistant and an administrative secretary. Finally, a referent manages the assistants and secretarial staff, and supports practitioners in managing disputes and conflict situations.

Description and missions
Be part of a 4-chair establishment with a surgical room. Your main tasks will be :
- Provide chairside general practice care.
- Carry out implantology procedures if you wish, with the possibility of being accompanied by a referral practitioner.
- Work closely with dental assistants trained in dental nomenclature and a secretariat to manage appointments.
- Use of local technical facilities and digital tools.

The site is open from Monday to Saturday. The practitioner retains control of his or her schedule and indicates the type of appointment he or she can book, with appointment scheduling managed by the secretariat. The local prosthetics laboratory carries out most of the work, with the possibility of using an international laboratory at the practitioner's discretion. The position is open to part-time and foreign-trained candidates.

Compensation
For this position, you will receive a retrocession of 23% of general practice sales, rising to 26% including paid vacations.
