JobDescription and Responsibilities
This position is central to the smooth operation of the practice and combines reception, coordination, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play an active role in coordinating treatments and presenting treatment plans to patients to encourage their compliance. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients in person and by phone
- Handling administrative aspects related to treatment plans and serving as a treatment coordinator
- Managing emails, schedules, and appointments
- Tracking billing and payments
- Drafting letters and prescriptions
- Day-to-day administrative management and coordination with the clinical team
Compensation
For this position, you will earn between €1,500 and €2,000 net, depending on your profile and experience

- Orthokits software (migration to Orthalis planned for 2026)
