The structure
This is a medical-social residence for frail or dependent elderly people, located in a pleasant area of Vernouillet. The premises feature a garden and several terraces for outdoor activities. The facility is spread over two levels and offers 84 individual rooms, which can be customized by residents, and are equipped with storage space and telephone sockets. Bathrooms are individual and adapted for reduced mobility, with walk-in showers and grab bars. The facility includes communal areas where residents and families can meet, as well as two special units for people with neuro-evolutionary diseases, guaranteeing appropriate support. The residence also offers a reinforced support and coordination service for homecare. The establishment is approved for personalized housing assistance and is authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. A 24-hour presence and assistance are provided, and a multidisciplinary team supervised by the management carries out an individualized care project drawn up with the resident and his or her family.

Remuneration

Participate in the development and implementation of the care project - Work with the nursing team to draw up the general care project as part of the facility's overall plan. - Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of the care project. - Analyze admission requests and give a medical opinion on the match between the resident's state of health and the facility's care capacities. - Assess and validate dependency levels and care needs (AGGIR / PATHOS). - Raise teams' awareness of regulatory requirements for keeping resident files. - Draw up and coordinate the annual medical activity report (RAMA), co-signed with the facility's management. 4. Guarantee continuity of care - Streamline the resident's care pathway and monitor chronic pathologies. - Ensure appropriate care in emergency situations and prescribe the necessary therapies. - Provide care when no doctor is available for consultation. - Ensure the quality and completeness of medical records. - Organize care in the event of exceptional risks. - Develop and promote telemedicine. 5. Promote prevention and public health initiatives - Identify public health risks and organize preventive actions within the facility. - Participate in the continuous improvement of care quality and safety. - Control infectious risks and ensure the safety of the medication circuit. - Participate in and lead the RETEX process relating to serious adverse events. 6.
