Description and duties
You will report to the Director of the EHPAD and work closely with the medical and quality of care departments. Your main tasks will be :

Organization and coordination of care
- Ensure quality and continuity of care

- Ensure good geriatric practice and the appropriateness of prescriptions

Resident admission and follow-up
- Assess the suitability of health status and care capacities
- Carry out AGGIR and PATHOS assessments
- Participate in drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans

Institutional dynamics
- Participate in ongoing projects
- Reorganize meal times
- Developing prevention skills and identifying frailties
- Implementation of EGS

Strengthening the role of families
- Contribute to team cohesion and improved working conditions
- Participate in strategic reflection on the development of the facility

Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a remuneration of between €70,000 and €100,000 gross for a full-time equivalent, according to the FEHAP grid.
