Aboutthe Facility
You will join a senior living facility in Haute-Goulaine, which accommodates about 40 residents in private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, the facility consists of three buildings connected by a bright walkway and is situated in the heart of a private wooded park offering secure outdoor spaces. The facilities promote free movement for residents and accessibility for those with limited mobility, and offer integrated services such as on-site dining, laundry, and activity areas.

Responsibilities
- Medical coordination and organization of residents’ care pathways
- Developing, updating, and monitoring individualized care plans
- Daily collaboration with nursing and paramedical teams
- Participation in multidisciplinary meetings and the coordination committee
- Liaising with primary care physicians and external private practitioners
- Contributing to quality initiatives, procedures, and care protocols
