Dental Surgeon Job M/F - Hannut
We are recruiting a dental surgeon M/F to join a modern dental facility located in Hannut, Belgium, as part of an independent status collaboration.
Description and duties
You will join a dynamic dental clinic where you will have the freedom to organize your activity according to your preferences. You will be responsible for:
- Providing general dental care in a high-quality technical environment
. - freely establish treatment plans adapted to each patient
. - Manage your own schedule with no time constraints
. - Choose your prosthetic laboratory according to your habits
. - Participate, if you wish, in clinical meetings, continuing education courses and in-house events
.
Practitioners on placement are also welcome, with personalized support and constant monitoring throughout the course (lasting from 6 to 12 months).
ADN of the structure
Created in 2017, the structure is part of a solid national network comprising 40 practices and over 180 dental surgeons. It stands out for its collegial management provided by a board of directors made up exclusively of practitioners, enabling an approach focused on quality of practice. Dentists can take part in the governance of the structure by becoming shareholders, while clinic managers are systematically shareholders.
The equipment is recent and adapted to the most demanding standards. In-house training is offered in a dedicated center, with specialized interventions and constant support. The collaborative atmosphere is punctuated by regular exchanges and convivial days (clinical meetings, team building, professional events).
Compensation
For this position, you will receive 50% of sales excluding internships (excluding laboratory costs at your expense).
- Specialized endodontics: 60%
- Orthodontics: 70%
- Internship: 45% for the practitioner and 5% for the internship supervisor (variable according to the referent's profile)
