Structure DNA
You'll be practicing in a SELARL set up in an old house renovated five years ago, offering a warm atmosphere and easy access for patients. The practice has two wheelchairs and parking spaces in front of the premises, as well as a patient parking lot. The geographical area is very under-supplied with practitioners, guaranteeing a high patient flow. The current team consists of a secretary and a qualified assistant who have been with the practice for 16 years, and may be strengthened by the arrival of a new colleague. The practice is located close to a larger town to facilitate your daily commute.
Description and tasks
You will join a practice focused on orthodontics, practiced exclusively by the incumbent for the past 20 years, while also taking charge of general practice. Your main duties will be to
- Provide chairside general practice care
. - Take charge of and develop orthodontic activity, transferring skills if desired
. - Use technical equipment including a Carestream Cone Beam and a Carestream optical camera
. - Collaborate daily with the secretary and assistant in place and participate in the organization of days
. - Manage the schedule on sought-after days, mainly Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, to complement the current activity on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
. - Participate in a future patient transfer project with possible support and training from the current practitioner
Compensation
For this position, you will have a 50% retrocession and prosthetic costs are covered by the practice
