- Permanent contract
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Monday through Thursday, 9:15 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- Fridays from 9:15 a.m. to noon
The Practice
This dental practice in Étampes, in the Essonne department, specializes in general dentistry and oral surgery and is staffed by a team of more than 15 people, including five dentists, several dental assistants (ADQR and ADQ), and medical secretaries.
Compensation
- Salary of €3,000 net per month
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in and use of Desmos, La Fraise, and Doctolib software
- Preparing and monitoring bank reconciliations
- Managing schedules and tracking the patient journey
- Overseeing the center’s day-to-day operations and optimizing processes
- Leading and motivating a team of 17 people
- Coordinating teams and providing day-to-day HR support
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and maintaining team cohesion
