Job Operating Theatre Assistant - Besançon 25 We are recruiting an Operating Room Assistant M/F to join a polyclinic located in Besançon in the Doubs region, as part of a permanent contract. DNA of the structure Multi-purpose healthcare establishment offering surgical, medical, oncology and maternity care. The facility has around 128 beds and places, and handles almost 24,000 stays a year. The facility also boasts a large medical community and a salaried workforce of around 250, fostering teamwork and proximity between professionals. Description and duties Reporting to the head of the operating theater, you will work as an operating theater assistant in a 10-room operating theater. Specialties include anesthesia and intensive care, orthopedic and trauma surgery, plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, vascular surgery, visceral and digestive surgery, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, vascular medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, pediatrics and urology. Your main tasks will be : - Participate in the general organization of the operating room in collaboration with the operating room manager, in order to regulate daily operating activity - Ensure the conditions necessary for the implementation of the medical project in the department(s) under your responsibility - Guarantee the application of the nursing care project within the operating area, with a view to quality and safety of care - Manage the personnel and material resources allocated to the operating room, in compliance with the establishment's rules and regulations - Assists in the management function in liaison with the manager, particularly in allocating human resources, optimizing schedules and managing absences - Observe and report any difficulties encountered, and apply operating rules You may also be asked to carry out cross-functional tasks in line with your skills. Compensation For this position, you will be paid between €45,000 and €52,000 gross per year.
