Job MPR Physician - Bezons 95 We are recruiting a PRM doctor to join a clinic located in Bezons, in the Val-d'Oise, on a full-time permanent contract. DNA of the structure You will be working in a facility on the banks of the Seine, dedicated to medical care and rehabilitation. The facility has 133 full hospitalization beds, including 117 spacious single rooms, 30 day hospital places, 1 consultation center and 1 functional exploration laboratory. The main areas of care are cardiology, geriatrics, pneumology and general rehabilitation. The facility also has HAS V2014 level A certification, and offers a structured working environment favoring multidisciplinary work and quality care paths. Description and missions As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the medical care and rehabilitation of patients hospitalized in the day hospital. Your main tasks will be to - Ensure medical follow-up and continuity of care for rehabilitation patients - Carry out and coordinate multidimensional assessments and personalized therapeutic projects - Prescribe and adjust rehabilitation programs in conjunction with physiotherapy, occupational therapy and orthopedics teams - Participate in consultation meetings, medical projects and continuous improvement of quality and risk management - Contribute to the establishment's involvement in care networks and the city-hospital link Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a stable remuneration package defined at the time of your interview, supplemented by a profit-sharing bonus and an employee savings plan.
