Structure DNA You will be joining a recently opened community health center in a new, bright building near Geneva. The facility is equipped with the latest equipment and has a large number of rooms, including four practices. Description and duties Your main tasks will be to - Organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the center in liaison with management and the HR department - Ensure consultation scheduling and management of available practices - Facilitate communication between the medical and administrative teams - Ensure the quality of patient care and contribute to internal procedures - Supervise reception and administrative procedures in conjunction with the administrative manager, the two receptionists and the medical assistant - Participate, on a voluntary basis, in regional coordination initiatives, such as participation in permanence de soins, CPTS and the hospital on-call scheme Compensation For this position, you will be remunerated according to the hospital civil service salary scale, based on your profile and experience, with seniority and applicable benefits.
