Job Center Manager - Rennes 35 Are you looking for a great opportunity as a center manager in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine? We're recruiting a center manager on permanent contract to join a new, perfectly structured dental establishment. DNA of the structure You'll be managing a modern 600 m² dental facility spread over two floors, with an integrated training room and surgeries of around 15 m² each. The technical facilities include 6 omnipractice chairs, 1 orthodontic chair and 1 surgical unit. Opening in September 2023, the center benefits from a dynamic environment, close to shops, sports facilities and public transport. Its internal organization is based on three complementary departments: secretariat, technical assistance and practitioners, enabling optimum patient care and genuine teamwork. The team consists of an endodontist, a periodontist, 2 orthodontists, 3 implantologists and 3 general practitioners. The site also works closely with health authorities and social organizations. Description and duties As Center Director, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the facility. As the site's point of reference, you will ensure that the center runs smoothly overall, that teams are coordinated and that the patient experience is of the highest quality. Your main missions will be to - Manage the center's day-to-day operations and monitor performance indicators to ensure smooth running - Manage the administrative, technical and medical teams, while promoting fluid organization between the various departments - Supervise human resources: recruitment, integration, management of absences, leave, replacements and control of payroll variables - Support practitioners in their development, coordinate their coaching and participate in the development of the center's specialties - Ensure administrative, accounting and financial monitoring of the structure, in particular with regard to collections, third-party payment, costs and financial equilibrium - Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and the center's conformity with the requirements of health authorities - Manage legal issues and sensitive or conflictual situations in liaison with management - Ensure patient satisfaction, supervise the handling of complaints and participate in the continuous improvement of the patient experience - Coordinate external service providers and partners: cleaning, maintenance, telephony and other service providers - Develop and maintain partnerships with local medical structures and healthcare players - Promote the center's internal life and strengthen team cohesion through unifying actions and events - Actively participate in the facility's qualitative and commercial development Compensation For this position, you will receive a salary of €2500 net per month for 39 hours per week, with additional variables depending on the objectives achieved. It is also possible to opt for an executive package at 3200€ net per month.
