Structure DNA This is a project run by a pharmacist who recruits full pharmacists. The installation files are conducted in partnership with an existing associate and you, the future incumbent who will join this project. The candidate will remain the owner of his or her pharmacy, and will retain responsibility for it. Most projects are located in the Paris region and neighbouring départements, offering easy access to Paris while maintaining local quality of life. Depending on your experience, we can offer you support in setting up your pharmacy, as well as a placement in a partner pharmacy. Description and tasks You will be in charge of all the tasks involved in setting up a pharmacy: - Operational management of the pharmacy and responsibility for regulatory compliance - Management and leadership of the pharmacy team - Pharmaceutical advice and patient follow-up - Inventory management and supplier relations - Administrative and financial follow-up of the project. Depending on your profile, you may be offered a 4 to 6-month fixed-term contract with a partner pharmacy before taking up permanent employment. The financial package provides for a personal contribution of around 20,000 euros, depending on the size of the pharmacy, with the remainder financed by the two partners.
