Job Geriatrician m/f - Nîmes 30 We are recruiting a geriatrician M/F to join a healthcare establishment located near Nîmes in the Gard department, as part of a full-time CDI. Description and duties As part of a modern medical center, you will be working on the geriatrics department comprising 30 full hospitalization beds. Reporting to the coordinating physician, your duties will include: - Medical assessment of pre-admission patients, including those on MCO wards. - Clinical management and follow-up of inpatients. - Drafting medical correspondence and discharge reports. - Use of computerized patient records and PMSI coding. - Participation in medical on-call duty in rotation with 5 other doctors. - Supervision of a medical intern. - Leading or participating in decision-making bodies (CME, CLIN, CLUD, CLAN, COMEDIMS, EOH, CDU) - Development of in-house training and CPD initiatives. - Representing the establishment in external networks. Structure DNA You will work in a new center with contemporary architecture, opened in 2016, benefiting from a green setting and a functional work environment. The facility offers a diversified range of care with 152 beds and places, including 30 dedicated to geriatrics, a day hospital under development and other specialized services (addictology, respiratory diseases, palliative care). The medical organization favors interdisciplinary coordination, with an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) integrated into the team. You will be responsible for the care of around 15 patients, as part of a growing and dynamic team. Compensation You'll enjoy an attractive salary starting at €96,000 gross per year, supplemented by: - A profit-sharing bonus - A performance bonus - Additional remuneration for on-call duty and interventions.
