Job Geriatrician M/F - Sainte-Adresse 76 We are recruiting a geriatrician M/F to join a care and rehabilitation establishment located in Sainte-Adresse in the Seine-Maritime region as part of a salaried full hospitalization position ADN of the structure You will be working in an establishment specializing in follow-up and rehabilitation care, with 87 beds in full hospitalization and 15 beds in a multi-purpose day hospital focused on falls prevention and the management of post-fall syndromes. The population is predominantly elderly, with an average age close to 83, with frequent chronic pathologies such as infections, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular, neurological and respiratory pathologies. A therapeutic patient education program is dedicated to the care of Parkinson's patients. The facility is not equipped to care for patients requiring oxygen therapy. The local environment is pleasant and well served, with road access and public transport nearby, and parking available. Description and duties You will be in charge of the geriatric activity in full hospitalization without taking charge of the day hospital. Your main tasks will be to provide medical care for geriatric patients, monitor acute and chronic pathologies, coordinate multidisciplinary care projects and take part in the weekly stay committee. You will work closely with a paramedical team including an adapted physical activity instructor, dieticians, physiotherapists and a nurse dedicated to ETP, as well as a full hospitalization nursing organization. The organization includes morning check-ins and check-outs, and the use of Hospital Manager software. A telephone on-call service is available every eight weeks from 7pm to 9am, with travel only in emergencies. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a salary of €8,500 to €9,000 gross per month, including on-call duty, negotiation possible.
