Description and duties As Center Manager, you will ensure the complete and optimal management of the structure. Your responsibilities include: - Drawing up and validating patient estimates . - Management of healthcare and administrative teams>. - Recruiting and integrating new staff. - Supervision of third-party payment and administrative follow-up>. - Application of quality, hygiene and safety protocols. - Representation of the structure to partners and institutions Structure DNA You will be joining a human-scale structure undergoing a complete reorganization, benefiting from the expertise of a network of centers throughout France. Compensation You'll enjoy a fixed salary of €2800 gross per month, supplemented by a target-based bonus system based on sales, with the potential for up to an additional €1600 gross per month.
