Job Center Manager M/F - Creil 60 We are recruiting a Center Director M/F to join a dental clinic located in Creil, in the Oise region, as part of a full-time CDI. Description and duties As Center Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing all the structure's operational activities and ensuring its smooth day-to-day running. Your responsibilities will include: - Organization of the clinic's general operations. - Strategic steering in line with defined objectives - Team management: supervision, recruitment, training, managing departures. - Interface between general management, support departments and on-site teams - Administrative management of personnel: contracts, declarations, medical check-ups, meetings. - Monitoring of stocks, consumables, equipment and maintenance>. - Financial monitoring and pre-accounting: payrolls, invoices, cash registers, reimbursements - Patient dispute management, regular reporting - Follow-up on Social Security reimbursements and rejections - Management of grant applications Structure DNA This dental clinic has 5 chairs, an operating room and 2 rooms dedicated to orthodontics. The team currently comprises 6 practitioners, with two recruitments in progress. It is enjoying a high level of activity, with schedules already booked up to November. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a salary starting at 2,500 euros net per month, depending on your profile, plus target-based bonuses.
